Choosing Wellness When It’s Not Popular

There is a reckoning that must happen. It’s coming.

In the meantime, your body’s real responses need to be acknowledged, processed and allowed room to grieve what has taken place. When we allow our bodies and minds to process grief and trauma, we can release the “injury” through breath and prayers. It’s extremely important to recognize the signs of trauma in our bodies because those are the prerequisites to our health declining. Discomfort, sharp pains, being dizzy, fatigue, renumerating, hopelessness, etc., are all signs that the body is out of alignment. I know the Western sick care model has convinced that public majority that pharmaceuticals and THEIR counselors are the only way, but the TRUTH and good news is there are origins in place that if revisited, help the body to heal, realign, and elevate our senses to change our current circumstances.
In this space, we will talk about our overall health, my focus being women, Black women specifically. Not negating other demographics, but there is an urgent need to address the thousands of women who are choosing themselves, and healing over the ideas that they need to suffer in marriages, “friendships”, workplaces, and family associations. They are creating a new normal for themselves to operate in their God-given, spirit-lead purposes. No longer choosing to suffer in silence, suffer in embarrassment or suffer at all, there is something to be said about a strategy that allows you to focus on YOU and live purposefully to serve others through your gits, talents, skills and abilities. We cannot be optimal, hear and receive what we need to in the spirit realm and hold onto unnecessary trauma.

Welcome to Love, U Studios where wellness is the focus. From a place of healing, we can thrive and serve others, helping them to thrive, brining wealth and abundance to our families and communities. Take a look around, leave a message, schedule a consultation, a service or order products. Whatever you do, let’s build a relationship. Spread the word because I think I’ll stick around a while.
